Character Creation Script

/charset command; Allows you to set your character's first and last name.
/gme command; Global action that displays your character's name, with action.
/me command; Proximity action that displays your character's name, with action.
/ooc command; Out of character chat, this displays your default connection name.

Spawn Location(s); locks the player at a single location until they set their name.
Ping Cooldown; updated to every 20 seconds.
Control & Camera Lock; locks the players controls until they set their name.
